Founder

Hi! I’m Taylor Hernandez, the founder of Tailor & Co. Events. Before starting my own wedding and event planning business, I spent 10 years in the education field, honing my skills in organizing, planning, and executing complex projects. These skills now translate seamlessly into creating unforgettable events.

I bring a keen eye for detail and a special level of attention to every element of an event, ensuring that nothing is overlooked. On the day of your celebration, I excel at executing each plan flawlessly while remaining approachable, friendly, and personal because creating joyful, memorable experiences is at the heart of what I do.

My values guide every event I plan: inclusivity, professionalism, respect for budgets and investments, professional vendor relationships, and clear, open communication. I strive to make each occasion unique, thoughtful, and seamless for my clients, while keeping the experience fun, remarkable, and full of special moments for guests.
